Our products are made to order so please allow 5-7 business days of crafting time before your order ships.4-5 Online orders are processed Monday thru Friday. If for any reason we foresee a delay we will contact you at once.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Sales tax will be charged when applicable. International customers must use a valid international credit card. If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed.

US Shipping
All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should be received within 2-3 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your jewelry. If there is a problem or defect with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. If a mistake was made on our part, we will fix it immediately and refund any return shipping fees. We cannot remake any piece without the original piece returned. If a mistake has been made by you, it will be at your expense to have the item remade.
If you have purchased an item that is not customized and are not happy with it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. These items can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped. Customer pays for all postage fees for returned/exchanged items.
If your jewelry breaks after you start wearing the necklace, please return it back within 60 days from the day of purchase. We will fix it for free but there will be a charge for shipping. If your item breaks after 60 days, this is considered regular wear and tear and there will be a charge for repair services.

Send via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.

No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.

Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase.
